Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of lemon peel.
