Instructions
Step 1.
- Prepare a shot glass with a sugar rim by wetting the rim with lemon juice and dipping it in sugar.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Shake well with ice until chilled.
Step 3.
- Carefully pour the vodka mixture into the shot glass, leaving some space at the top.
Step 4.
- Slowly layer 0.5 oz orange liqueur (like triple sec or Cointreau) over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the vodka mixture.
