Instructions
- Chill a Nick & Nora glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and amaro.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink, then drop the twist into the glass.
