- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Cachaça, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of passion fruit puree.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any pulp.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wheel on the rim.
