Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower or twist of lemon peel.
