Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and set aside.
- In a mixing glass, combine the gin and dry vermouth with ice.
- Stir gently until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Discard ice water from the cocktail glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon peel.
