Metaxa Mojito
A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, using Metaxa brandy for a unique flavor profile.
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Metaxa brandy.
- Top up with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
