Instructions
Step 1.
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in the bottom of a highball glass.
Step 2.
- Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
Step 3.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Step 4.
- Pour in the Metaxa brandy.
Step 5.
- Top up with soda water and stir gently.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.

1 whole Lime — cut into wedges
2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
150 ml Soda Water
1 cup Ice cubes
1 piece Mint Sprig (garnish)
