Metaxa Sidecar
A Mediterranean twist on the classic Sidecar cocktail, featuring the rich flavors of Metaxa brandy, mixed with citrus and sweetness for a delightful experience.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Metaxa brandy, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of orange liqueur.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
