Instructions
Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 0.75 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Dump the ice water from the chilled glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
