A smoky twist on the classic French 75, combining the earthy flavors of mezcal with fresh citrus and sparkling wine.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of mezcal and 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
