Step 1.
- Rim the cocktail glass with lime juice and dip it into chili powder for a spicy rim.

- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of Ancho Reyes, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.

- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass over fresh ice.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of chili powder.
