Instructions
- Prepare the glass by rimming it with salt (optional).
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of mezcal, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, 0.5 ounces of hibiscus syrup, and ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower or a lime wheel.
