Mezcal Old Pal
A smoky twist on the classic Old Pal cocktail, combining mezcal with sweet vermouth and bitters for a sophisticated flavor profile.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz mezcal, 0.75 oz sweet vermouth, and 0.75 oz dry vermouth.
- Add 2 dashes of orange bitters.
- Stir well until chilled and well combined.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
