Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 3/4 oz of mezcal.
- Add 3/4 oz of Amaro Nonino.
- Add 3/4 oz of Aperol.
- Add 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils of an orange peel over the drink and garnish with the peel.
