Mezcal Sidecar
A smoky twist on the classic Sidecar, featuring mezcal for a unique flavor profile.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz mezcal, 1 oz orange liqueur, and 1 oz fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Dump the ice water from the chilled coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
