Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of mezcal.
- Pour in 1 oz of dry vermouth.
- Add 1 oz of bittersweet aperitivo (such as Cappelletti or similar).
- Stir well until chilled and diluted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
