Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 1.5 ounces of brandy, 0.5 ounces of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 ounces of simple syrup, and 1 egg white.
- Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
- Top with club soda, gently stirring to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
