Negroni Sbagliato
A refreshing twist on the classic Negroni, using sparkling wine instead of gin for a light and bubbly version.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 ounce of Campari.
- Top with 2 ounces of sparkling wine.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
