Painkiller
A tropical cocktail combining rum and fruit juices, offering a sweet and creamy escape.
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of dark rum.
- Pour in 1 oz of cream of coconut.
- Add 1 oz of fresh orange juice.
- Add 1 oz of fresh pineapple juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a pineapple slice.
- Add 2 oz of dark rum.
