Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill the sparkling wine in the refrigerator before preparing the cocktail.
Step 2.
- In a Champagne flute, add 2 ounces of peach puree.
Step 3.
- Slowly top with 4 ounces of chilled sparkling wine.
Step 4.
- Gently stir to combine the puree and wine without losing carbonation.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim.
