Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of dry white wine and 1/4 cup of brandy.
Step 2.
- Add 1/4 cup of orange liqueur for added sweetness.
Step 3.
- Slice 2 ripe peaches and add them to the mixture along with 1 sliced orange and 1 sliced lime.
Step 4.
- Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting to taste, and stir until dissolved.
Step 5.
- Top with 2 cups of soda water or lemon-lime soda for fizz.
Step 6.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
