A classic cocktail that balances the bright flavors of gin with citrus and bitters, delivering a refreshing and zesty experience.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz orange curaçao, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Empty the chilled coupe glass of ice water.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
