Pisco Boulevardier
A sophisticated twist on the classic Boulevardier, using Pisco for a refreshing and aromatic experience.
Instructions
- Chill a coupé glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 ounces of Pisco, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of Campari.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the chilled coupé glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
