Step 1.
- Chill a coupé glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 ounces of Pisco, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of Campari.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the chilled coupé glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
