Pisco con Absinthe
A unique cocktail that blends the rich, aromatic qualities of Pisco with the herbal complexities of Absinthe, creating a refreshing and sophisticated drink.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco and 0.5 oz of Absinthe.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
