Pisco con Amaretto
A unique fusion cocktail combining the tartness of Pisco with the sweet nuttiness of Amaretto.
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Pisco and 1 ounce of Amaretto.
- Add 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cherry on a skewer.
