Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of Benedictine, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 2.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 3.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
