Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of pisco with 0.5 oz of brandy.
- Add 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
