- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Step 5.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the surface before dropping it in.
