Pisco con Chartreuse

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and setting aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of Pisco and 1 ounce of Green Chartreuse.
- Add 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the surface before dropping it in.
