Pisco con Curaçao
A refreshing and colorful twist on the classic Pisco Sour, combining the citrusy notes of Pisco with the vibrant sweetness of Curaçao.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Pisco, 1 ounce of blue Curaçao, and 0.75 ounces of fresh lime juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
