Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco and 1 oz of Lillet Blanc.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in as garnish.
