Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of pisco, 1 oz of passion fruit puree, and 0.5 oz of lime juice to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a slice of passion fruit and a mint sprig.
