Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 2 ounces of Pisco, 1 ounce of Ruby Port, and 0.5 ounces of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
