Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of Pisco.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of dark Rum.
Step 4.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the shaker.
Step 5.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup for sweetness.
Step 6.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 7.
- Strain into a chilled coupé glass.
Step 8.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
