Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Pisco.
- Pour in 1 oz of tamarind paste.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference).
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda to taste.
- Garnish with a tamarind pod.
