A creamy and rich cocktail that combines the unique flavors of Pisco with the smoothness of a traditional flip.

Instructions

- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of simple syrup, 1 oz of fresh egg white, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
- Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
