A refreshing South American twist on the classic mint julep, featuring the smoothness of pisco, fresh mint, and a hint of sweetness.

Instructions

- Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a julep cup to release the mint oils.
- Add crushed ice to the cup until nearly full.
- Pour in the pisco and gently stir to combine with the mint-sugar mixture.
- Top off with more crushed ice and stir again until well-chilled.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve.
