A South American twist on the classic Manhattan, combining Pisco with sweet vermouth and bitters.

Instructions

- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and water.
- In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice from the chilled coupe glass.
- Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
