Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water, then set aside.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, 0.5 oz of orange liqueur, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Express the oils of a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
