Pisco Old Fashioned

Instructions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle a sugar cube with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water until dissolved.
- Add a large ice cube to the glass.
- Pour 2 oz of Pisco over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine the flavors and chill the drink.
- Add an orange twist as garnish, expressing the oils over the drink.
