Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of pineapple juice.
Step 2.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
