Instructions

Step 1.
- Add pisco, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker without ice.
Step 2.
- Dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top off with soda water to add fizz.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
