Instructions
- Chill a coupé glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of pisco, 1 ounce of Cointreau, and 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupé glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
