A refreshing and tangy cocktail made with pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white, resulting in a silky texture and bright flavor.

Instructions

- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of pisco, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 3/4 oz of simple syrup, and 1 egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds to create froth.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Dash a few drops of Angostura bitters on top for garnish. Optionally, add a lime wheel. Be careful not to disturb the foam while adding the garnish.
