Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Pisco, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of simple syrup, 1/2 oz of coca leaf extract, and a dash of egg white.
Step 2.
- Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Step 3.
- Add ice and shake again vigorously for an additional 15-20 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a coca leaf and a dash of Angostura bitters.
