Step 1.
- Combine pisco, passion fruit juice, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice.
Step 2.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupé glass.
Step 4.
- For a classic touch, add a few dashes of bitters on top of the foam.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a half of a fresh passion fruit.
