Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill an Old Fashioned glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz pisco, 0.75 oz sweet vermouth, 0.75 oz rye whiskey, and 0.25 oz Benedictine.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over a large ice cube.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
