Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
Step 2.
- Pour 3 parts Prosecco over the ice.
Step 3.
- Add 2 parts Aperol.
Step 4.
- Top with 1 splash of soda water.
Step 5.
- Stir gently to combine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
