History
The Prosecco Margarita emerged as a fresh contemporary spin on the traditional margarita, capturing the bubbly nature of Italian Prosecco and the zesty essence of Mexican lime and tequila.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Rim the edge of a margarita glass with lime juice and dip into salt to coat the rim.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass.
Step 5.
- Top with Prosecco to fill the glass.
Step 6.
