Rabo de Galo com Fernet
A Brazilian twist on the classic Fernet cocktail, combining smooth cachaça with herbal complexity.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 50 ml of cachaça and 25 ml of Fernet.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
