Instructions

Step 1.
- Puree fresh raspberries in a blender until smooth.
Step 2.
- Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Step 3.
- Pour 1 ounce of raspberry puree into a champagne flute.
Step 4.
- Top with 4 ounces of chilled prosecco or sparkling wine.
Step 5.
- Gently stir to combine without losing the bubbles.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of mint.
